Japan’s underlying inflation measures slowed in March-BOJ

According to the BOJ’s latest core inflation measures, price pressures eased further in March. The trimmed average fell to 2.2%, from 2.3% in February. At the same time, the weighted median figure fell to 1.3%, from 1.4% in February. Here is the graph illustrating the trend:
