One year after Sisters wives The star’s son died by suicide at the age of 25, Janelle shared an update on the way she sails in her sorrow and honoring her memory.
“I remain busy, but at all times calm, you are above all in my thoughts,” she legend a post on March 5. “It’s been a year old. We miss you so much. I miss you so much.”
She also offered fans a way to give back in her honor.
“I encourage all those who read this to consider making a donation to your local refuge, rescue or human,” added Janelle. “This cause was close to the heart of Garrison – he adopted his three cats in shelters.”
And indeed, in the photo that accompanies her that she shared, the garrison can be seen while smiling while he holds one of his cats on his shoulder.
