Kate Middleton’s biological family of five – her father Michael, her mother Carole, her sister Pippa and her brother James – are extremely close, and have always been. While Kate and the 14th wedding anniversary of Prince William approaches, her brother James shared the history of William’s proposal from her point of view – in particular how Kate announced the news to him and Pippa until after almost a decade together, she and William would finally bind.
James detailed the moment of his book Meet Ella: The dog that saved me life: “Catherine, Pippa, and I go out for a walk with (Dogs) Ella and Tilly in our local pub in a village near Bucklebury”, he wrote. “We sit in a corner, chatting quietly.”

During his stay, Kate revealed that William had proposed, which he did in October 2010 when the long -standing couple visited Kenya. “Pippa and I want to be visibly excited,” he wrote. But as the world did not yet know the big news – they would discover it on November 16 when William and Kate made a photocall at the Palais de St. James, the sapphire and diamond engagement ring of Princess Diana on the finger of Kate’s ring – “We have to repress our emotions, so nobody suspects one thing,” said James.
“We thank silent that we will always be there for each other, we care, we support each other. No matter how crazy things go. ”

The day after the announcement of William and Kate’s commitment, James wrote that he “thought what point William was lucky to marry my capable and earth-to-earth sister, and I felt absolutely reassured that they were in love.”
William and Kate met undergraduate students at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland in 2001, and, although it was a bit troubled when their relationship started, it was before 2003. “It was beautiful to see how he brought out his confidence,” James wrote. “She had flourished. I knew he would take care of her, and he does it to date.”

Especially since Kate was fighting cancer last year, which she announced that she was in remission last January. James is a one -year -old Father of Inigo – which he shares with his wife Alizee – and, even if their family has grown up (Kate and Pippa are parents of three children each), the original Middleton Five are as close as ever.
Of Inigo, said James, by Tatler“He is fortunate to have older cousins who can now look for him and show him things, and growing up, they will be able to watch him. There is certainly an element of curiosity (roughly) a baby they have.”
