BBC News, Bedfordshire

A source close to the Universal UK project told the BBC what fans can expect from the new park built in Bedford.
James Bond, Paddington and the Lord of the Rings are among the marks that should appear in the park, learned the BBC.
Harry Potter’s rides and attractions should not be included.
On its website, Universal Destinations said “it is too early” to find out what attractions will be in the park.
Construction on Site in Kempston Hardwick, Bedfordshireshould start next year if the building permit is granted.
Although the source is convinced that these concepts occur, the theme park should not open before 2031, which means that certain plans could change.
Attractions

Universal aims to provide separate attractions in each of its parks, the Bedfordshire One to present unique attractions not found elsewhere.
The BBC has been informed that other themed areas and journeys in the park will be inspired by the return to the future, Jurassic Park and Minions.
The source insisted that “the contracts have been signed” and it would be unlikely that things would change.
“At this stage, it will be small details that they will modify, like” let us use another nuance of painting on this castle of the Lord of the Rings “,” they said.
The locations can be seen on the map of what the site could look like, although specific details, such as the Hill Valley clock to the future, were obscured.
The rides have already been designed, the majority planned as interior attractions.
The roller coaster mountains based on Back To The Future, Jurassic Park and the servants are among the few rides that will not be covered.
There will be a waterfall program based on 007, similar to the Bourne stuntman in Florida.
“If you look at the epic universe, the last park they open in Florida, many of these rides are also inside,” said the source.

The secretary of culture, Lisa Nandy, told BBC Breakfast that the theme park would be an opportunity to show “great British creations in the world”.
“These are things like James Bond, Paddington Bear, these are things like Harry Potter. We have so much to be proud,” she said.
In particular, an area on the theme of Harry Potter will not be part of the park, because it is located only 40 minutes by car from the Warner Bros Studio Tour in Beftden, Hertfordshire.
The source told the BBC that “waterproof exclusivity contracts” made it difficult to include Hogwarts in the plans, although it can be reconsidered alongside other brands such as Nintendo or Wicked if the park should develop in the future.
“Warner Bros has the British rights on Harry Potter’s attractions. They tried to find a way to get around it but could not. It could change in the years to come,” said the source.
The Warner Bros Studio tour was invited to comment.
How will people get there?

Universal destinations and experiences await 8.5 million visitors a year in the park.
The transport links close to the site will require significant improvements to adapt to newcomers, to which the government says that it is engaged.
Universal previously described the site as “an ideal location with practical and fast rail links to London and London London airport”.
The mayor of the district, Tom Wootton, curator, said: “Bedford is the ideal place for this investment – well connected, full of talents and ready to grow.
“We are proud to be chosen as the Universal House in the United Kingdom. I am delighted that our residents and communities will benefit in the years and decades in advance.”

Luton The airport hopes to double the annual passenger numbers At 32 million by 2043, after the Secretary of Transport, Heidi Alexander, recently approved his expansion plans.
Visitors to the park landing at the airport could take a train at the Luton Airport Parkway on the main Midland line in Wixams, which will be the closest train station to Universal.
This should open its doors next year with two platforms, but Universal said it would improve the station, potentially with additional platforms, to meet the demand for visitors.
The East West West rail line is currently under construction to connect Oxford and Cambridge. Although it should not be fully operational before the 2030s, Universal said there would be a new station near the park.
A parking lot is in the conceptual art of the park. Drivers would access it via the A421, which was closed last year after being flooded during heavy rain.
Universal plans to install new sliding roads on the A421 to meet increased demand.
