Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts is showing no doubt about his availability for Sunday’s NFC championship game against the Commanders.
Hurts injured his left knee in last Sunday’s win over the Rams, but never came out of the game and was able to participate in a walkthrough practice Wednesday. Hurts said in a news conference later in the day that he was on track to play this weekend.
“It is I just made progress“, Hurts said. “Taking it one day at a time. I was able to participate today and get involved in things, so I’m just taking it one day at a time.
Hurts was asked if he thought he could play without any limitations and he only said he hoped to continue to improve during the rest of the week. The Eagles will practice two more times before hosting the Commanders.
