In the aftermath of the Victory of Match 2 on Wednesday in Boston, Jalen Brunson seemed almost as amazed as everyone else in the building.
His two late free throws sealed the unlikely victory of the Knicks 91-90 against the Celtics, and after the match, he was interviewed on TD Garden short by TNT Sports and was asked if the team was to be broken in the fourth quarter to obtain this additional jerk.
He could not fully explain the second consecutive victory of the team in relation to victory but described what happened as “wild”.
“I don’t know but I’m just happy that we have found a way to win,” said Brunson. “It’s wild stuff there.”
Brunson, who had 17 points, missed a potential match winner at the end of the regulation in match 1, but he said that Miss had not beheaded him at the stripe of charity last night.
“I got up there, I heard the noise and I just tried to block everything,” added Brunson. “And then made two.”
In match 1, the Knicks dragged up to 20 in the third quarter before assault for a prolongation victory on Monday evening to take a surprising 2-0 lead.


They used a similar game book in match 2 and dragged 16 points with only 8:40 to play the fourth quarter before resuming once again.
It was Brunson who gave the Knicks the advance for good with two free throws with 12.1 seconds before the flight of Mikal Bridges in the decreasing seconds – just as he did in match 1 – closed the last fascinating victory.
