Jake Paul plans to bulk up to 240 pounds ahead of his upcoming clash against Mike Tyson before cutting back.
The two men are scheduled to face off on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, in a professional contest broadcast live on Netflix.

Paul primarily competed at cruiserweight or 190-pound catchweight during his 10-fight professional career (9-1).
But against Tyson, he will make his heavyweight debut.
In preparation for the fight, “The Problem Child” went viral.
Shane Mosley, former three-weight world champion and Paul’s trainer, recently revealed that the YouTube star weighed 230 pounds.
However, he does not intend to stop there.
“It’s just shocking to people that I weigh this much,” Paul said on his podcast.
“I just think because normally I fight at 200 and I walk around at 210. It’s weird for me to weigh 230.
“But since it was noodles after my last fight, I just eat as much as I can and it turns out my body handles that weight really well.

“And I’m just getting bigger. I think I’ll get to 240 and probably cut back, so I’m a lot faster.
“But if I’m training for this camp – and camp hasn’t started – but if I’m training in this camp at 240 and I cut it down to 220, it’s basically like I have a 20 pound weight vest for the duration of camp.
“So my muscles are going to be a lot stronger and that speed is going to come through.”
Before Paul begins his cuts to 220 pounds, he will walk in with the same weight Anthony Joshua tipped the scales for his inaugural meeting against Oleksandr Usyk in September 2021.
This is especially notable given that AJ stands five inches taller than Paul and is a much taller human being.
Tyson fought at around 220 pounds in his early years and weighed in at 220.5 pounds for his exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr in November 2020 – “Iron Mike’s” final appearance in a boxing ring .
