Jake Paul proposed a name change bet with his brother Logan Paul after offering to replace Mike Tyson.
Paul’s July 20 meeting with heavyweight legend Tyson has been postponed, with the former undisputed champion suffering an “ulcer flare-up” during a medical incident during a fight.

The event is still set to go ahead, but later in the year, on a new date, although Paul’s brother Logan has offered to save the event.
He wrote to his brother on Twitter: “So Mike Tyson is out? I’ll step in and we can settle this once and for all.”
Paul then responded, “Mom doesn’t want me to knock you out, but fuck it.
“The loser must change their last name. #PaulvsPaul.”
The two men did not always see eye to eye and had public feuds throughout their careers, most notably over his brother’s surprise friendship with bitter rival KSI.
Of course, on the family front, influencers have always teased a huge fight, which would be one of a kind and would likely spark huge interest.
For now, Paul should wait for Tyson, who still seems eager to fight professionally despite his medical issues.
Fears had already been growing given that “Iron Mike” has not fought competitively since his retirement in 2005 and suffers from several health issues, including sciatica.

But his in-flight incident has now grounded his training camp and brought a halt to the huge planned event in Texas.
The champion confirmed the reasons for the delay in a statement which read: “I would like to thank my fans around the world for their support and understanding during this time.
“Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flare-up, my doctor advised me to ease up on my training for a few weeks to rest and recover.
“My body is in better overall shape than it has been since the 1990s and I will be returning to my full training regime soon.
“Jake Paul, it may have bought you some time, but in the end you will still be out of boxing for good.
“I appreciate everyone’s patience and look forward to delivering an unforgettable performance later this year.”
Tyson will now look to return to training, from which he has released so much footage throughout the build-up to the fight.
Paul confirmed he still intends to face the boxing icon, but concerns will arise again as the new date approaches.
