ITV News viewers have raised concerns after a presenter appeared to stumble over his words and struggle to read news bulletins.

Rageh Omaar, 56, international affairs editor of ITV News, was gathering the day’s news when he suddenly became incoherent while live on air.

ITV+1 subsequently removed the program from its rebroadcasts.

Viewers were quick to voice their concerns on social media, with one user saying: “I hope he’s okay and there’s nothing serious.”
