Palestinian leader Abbas hosts an increasing international pressure on IsraelPosted at 4:48 PM British Summer Time

The president of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas hosted an increasing international pressure on Israel on what he describes as a “seat” of the Gaza Strip.
In a press release, it says “it is no longer possible to remain silent in the face of crimes of genocide, destruction and famine perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces”.
“We reiterate our welcome for the joint declaration published by the leaders of Great Britain, France and Canada, as well as for the posts of the European Union countries, the joint declaration of the donor countries and the declaration of the Arab-Islamic Ministerial Committee on this subject.
“They all rejected blockade, famine, displacement and land crisis,” said Abbas.
The EU announced Tuesday that it was examining its association agreement with Israel, which governs its political and economic relations.
Monday evening, Great Britain joined France and Canada to report a joint declaration, condemning the military action of Israel and the warning of “other concrete actions” if the humanitarian situation in Gaza had not improved.
Another follow-up statement, signed by 27 donor countries, including the United Kingdom, condemning a new model for aid to Gaza promoted by Israel.
