The humanitarian group stressed that its convoy had coordinated its route with Israeli military officials.
The United States wants Israel to make changes “to ensure that something like this can never happen again,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Friday, and is “looking to see not only what steps are taken but also the resulting results.
