The seven hostages have now crossed Israeli territory, says Israel.
In a press release, the FDI said: “Not time ago, accompanied by FDI and the Isa forces, the seven return hostages crossed the border on Israeli territory.
“Return hostages are currently on the way to an initial reception point in southern Israel.”
As a reminder, the seven hostages include two Israelis – a man and a woman – and five Thai nationals. The FDI indicates that the five Thai people will be encountered by representatives of the Thai government.
The eighth hostage planned for its release today, Agam Berger, is already back in Israel after being released separately to the other seven earlier in the day.
