Isla Fisher breaks silence after split from Sacha Baron Cohen

Fisher Island begins a new chapter.

One month after Wedding Crashers star and Sacha Baron Cohen After announcing their divorce after 13 years of marriage, she expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support.

Isla posted a photo of herself donning a purple print dress and green denim jacket during a sunny outdoor outing on her Instagram Stories on May 14. Alongside the photo, she wrote, with a kissing emoji: “Thank you for all your kindness and support.”

The former couple, who share three children together, revealed they had broken up last year in a statement posted in April on their Instagram Stories alongside a photo of them in tennis gear.

“After a long tennis match that lasted more than twenty years,” we read in the joint statement from April, “we are finally putting down our rackets. In 2023, we filed a joint request to end our marriage” .

“We have always prioritized our privacy and have quietly worked on this change,” they added. “We forever share our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate that you respect our family’s wish for privacy.”
