The Russian model seems to have at least one admirer, as she was spotted with a crazy amount of flowers on Monday, on what happens to be her 39th birthday.

It looks like Irina has different shades of pink…mostly pink.

Irina is celebrating her birthday in New York… and she stepped out with a big ring on her finger, an Hermès bag and a black trench coat with a matching dress and boots.

It’s unclear who sent Irina her flowers, but she had an affair last year with Tom Brady …and of course, she shares a child with Bradley Cooper.
