The startup AI of Musk Xai has developed a group of models of AI under the name of Grok, which are used to supply things like the Chatbot AI available on the X platform.
Last year, Grok was complimentary of EU data, the object of control of the Irish regulator, when X – after a battle before the Irish courts – agreed to suspend the use of data from EU citizens to form its AI models.
The Irish regulator said on Friday that his new survey would examine if X was respecting the general EU data protection regulations (GDPR), including if the data has been processed legally and in accordance with transparency rules.
X did not immediately respond to a request for comments.
