Investigation into how police weapons end up in the hands of criminals

Every year, police departments across the United States trade in their used firearms when it’s time to upgrade them. But a CBS News investigation found that thousands of these old police weapons were ending up in the hands of criminals. National investigative correspondent Stephen Stock reports.
