Inside Taylor Swift’s cute post-match ritual with Travis Kelce

Since she started dating Travis Kelce in 2023, Taylor Swift has been a regular at his games with the Kansas City Chiefs. And while the pop star cheered on her boyfriend from the VIP box, Stephanie Hill, a Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader, witnessed some of the “chemistry” between the two stars.

In a recent TikTok video, Hill shared some of the adorable things that happen behind the scenes at a Chiefs game. As Hill explained, the cheerleaders’ locker room is next to the players’ locker rooms — and apparently Hill has almost passed her on several occasions, because that’s where Swift spends her time after every game.

“All those photos of his game day outfits walking through the red tunnels at Arrowhead (stadium) are right next to the players’ locker room, which is right next to the Chiefs Cheer locker room,” Hill explained. “There were so many close encounters.”

“At the end of the game, she would always run into Travis near the locker room,” she said. “So there was one game where we thought we just had to wait here, and I’m sure we’re going to see her through.”

“Overall, I was a big fan of her being a part of the Chiefs kingdom,” she concluded.

Swift has attended a number of Chiefs games this season to support Kelce and, as Hill noted, she was photographed in the halls of Arrowhead Stadium before and after the game. At this weekend’s playoffs, she wore a $9,600 Chanel tweed jacket, paired with a black zip-up romper and tights. In his post-match interview, Kelce alluded to his girlfriend: When asked if he felt like he was 25 after his performance, he replied, “22 baby, 22 years “. In December, she donned a red feathered jacket with a black bucket hat, and in November, she opted for a red Louis Vuitton sweater with Millennial-coded black skinny jeans.

Swift’s appearances at Arrowhead — and her post-game ritual — seem to indicate that she couldn’t be happier to support Kelce in his football career. And during a recent appearance on the Stephen A. Smith ShowKelce confirmed this. “She fully encourages me to enjoy playing this game,” Kelce said. “She loves coming to Arrowhead and going to the games and cheering for me, so I’ve had all the support in the world to continue to pursue these dreams.”

He continued, “That’s the beauty of being in a really strong relationship that you get that support to be able to focus on your craft. Focus on being the best version of yourself.”
