Bethenny Frankel has shared a glimpse of her new New York apartment following her breakup from Paul Bernon.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum posted a video to her Instagram on Thursday of herself walking around her 1,300-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath pre-war apartment in the Upper West Side.
Frankel did not reveal how much she purchased the property, but a similar two-bedroom unit in the same building sold for $1.975 million in January.
“Want to see my new apartment in New York?” Let’s go!” Frankel began.
Frankel, 53, first showed the entrance to her apartment which features a black table with a clear vase filled with sprawling brown branches and white flowers.
The Skinnygirl founder paid homage to the Big Apple by placing a huge black apple on a coffee table book next to the vase. She completed the look with a few other coffee table books on the shelves as well.
The entryway also includes a “makeshift mudroom” with a large wooden closet with hooks at the top and drawers at the bottom.
“Then we go into the living room,” she says.
Frankel briefly turned to a gray L-shaped sofa with dark gray suede pillows that faced a white marble center table with a matching floral arrangement and red apple figures as a starter.
The rear of the living room opened to a dining area with a white and gray marble table surrounded by a gray sofa and matching chairs.
“It’s my little dining area. I wanted it to feel like a living-dining room, so I chose a stock bench seat. Plus, I wanted it to feel like a custom,” she said.
Before heading into her “beautiful” kitchen, she showed off a small kitchen island with stools. She also showed off a small bar area with a mirror above some bar accessories.
The kitchen itself had matching light brown wood flooring and cabinets with a white marble countertop, a gold and white sink, a black oven, and a black microwave.
From there, she walked through a hallway to show off Jamie Young Company lights on her ceilings and a modern powder room with gray tiles and a white floating toilet before heading to the master bedroom.
“OK, this is my beautiful, cozy room. This wall and the end tables are attached. That was really important to me, that it looked like a custom room,” she said while recording the room.
Frankel’s Crate and Barrel bed spanned the entire wall with its brown wooden bed frame before connecting to matching wooden floating nightstands. She dressed the bed with white sheets, gray suede pillows and a matching gray blanket.
The bedroom also featured white and gray wallpaper with a leaf pattern on the ceiling. Frankel told Forbes in an interview Friday that she actually found the wallpaper at Lowes and had it delivered through Instacart.
The same wallpaper was also included in her “gorgeous custom closet” which housed beige drawers and dozens of shelves for shoes and handbags.

“So this apartment is intended to be a hotel suite like a pied-à-terre in New York,” she explained.
Of course, Frankel also showed off her 13-year-old daughter Bryn’s bedroom, which included a daybed with a trundle so it would be “effective” for any sleepovers.
“She loves it so much,” she said, pointing to the beige daybed with white bedding and a pink blanket.
The room also featured similar gray floral wallpaper on the ceiling, a white sofa, a vanity with a neon sign, and a private bathroom.
“I really wanted this space to feel intimate and comfortable. What you have is very useful. I already had a lot. I used a few tricks and bought very well. I even have things from the dollar store. I love this place,” she exclaimed.
In true New York City fashion, Frankel lived in several apartments across the city, but took a break from the hustle and bustle to live full-time in his $5 million home in Bridgehampton.
The “Apprentice” finalist’s decision comes less than a month after her separation from Bernon. They had been together for over six years.
