London (AP) – One of the four women who pursue an influencer and the autoproic misogynist Andrew Tate for sexual assault said that he had whipped it with a belt and once stuck a weapon on his face, according to court documents that had been deposited in London.
The allegations were deposited last year but emerged Thursday, a few days before the first hearing in the civil affair next week before the High Court. Tate, 38, will not be present because he and his young brother Tristan Tate faces charges in Romania on the trafficking of human beings and the formation of a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.
The woman alleging that Tate trapped a gun in her face said that the former professional kickboxe had said to her “you are going to do what I say or that there would be hell to pay” by doing it. It was not clear if the weapon was real or a replica. She also said Tate had whipped her with a belt if she did not get out of bed and did not work for her webcam business.
Two of the women involved in the civil trial worked for his webcam company, and two were old friends. Their identities were not revealed in accordance with legal practice in England. Incidents would have taken place between 2013 and 2015.
A tate spokesperson, who has raised millions of followers online, including many young men and boys attracted by the luxurious lifestyle he projects, said that the allegations described in the documents are “not proven and not tested” and “categorically” denied.
“More specifically, he never denies anyone with a firearm, engaging in non -consensual acts or submitting an individual to physical or psychological damage”, according to a response subject by his lawyers.
The Crown Pursuit of the Crown of the United Kingdom has decided not to continue the allegations of sexual assault in 2019. Three of the accusers of the current prosecution were the subject of the police investigation that prosecutors have chosen not to continue.
The Tates, who are American and British citizens, were arrested in Romania at the end of 2022 and officially charged last year for participating in a criminal ring that attracted women in Romania, where they would have been sexually exploited. Andrew Tate was also accused of rape. They deny all the allegations against them.
The pair is faced with extradition to the United Kingdom following the conclusion of procedures in Romania, after the Bedfordshire police in England obtained a European arrest warrant for other distinct allegations of rape and trafficking in human beings involving various women between 2012 and 2015.
Last month, Andrew Tate’s former girlfriend, Brianna Stern filed a complaint against him in Los Angeles accusing him of sexual assault and assault and injury. Tate denies allegations.
The Associated Press generally does not identify people who say they are victims of sexual abuse unless they present themselves publicly with their history, as Stern did.
