Hundreds protested in central China’s Wuhan on Sunday, live streams showed, as protests against the country’s strict zero-Covid policy erupted across the country.
Images geotagged by AFP from a street in the city center – where Covid-19 first appeared in 2019 – show people gathered at night, cheering and recording the protest on their mobile phones.
