The choice of packers at No. 124 had not been far from going to say hello to the people who drafted it.
Commissioner Roger Goodell went on stage to announce that the club had chosen the Rusher de Bord Barryn Sorrell out of Texas. Although it is not clear when Sorrell presented himself, he was in the green room for the selection and went out on stage to share the traditional hug with Goodell which is generally reserved for first -round choices.
Sorrell did not appear on the guest list for the 2025 project.
Sorrell, 22, appeared in 49 games with 40 departures for Longhorns. It was an honorable selection of honorable All-Big mention 12 times.
He recorded a total of 15.5 bags for Texas, with 6.0 bags and 11.0 plated for loss in 2024.
Now he will start his professional career in NFC North with packers.
