In Paimpol, the vital prognosis of a man who fell in the port with his cart is engaged – Paimpol
It was at the Quai du Plâtier, behind the Comptoir de la Mer, that this Thursday, at 11 am, an accident occurred in the port of Paimpol. A license-free car driven by a 65-year-old man from Ploubazlanec fell into the water.
It was passers-by, witnesses of the scene, who alerted the emergency services. Gendarmes, firefighters, municipal police, Smur and the crane of the Dauphin Nautic company quickly arrived on site to free the car and remove its driver.
Twenty minutes of external cardiac massage provided on site made it possible to place him on an artificial respirator before transporting him to the Yves-Le Foll hospital in Saint-Brieuc. Its vital prognosis is engaged.
