Today, the jurors of the Diddy trial have heard graphic testimony of a woman identified only by the pseudonym “Mia. “She is one of the former personal assistants of Diddy – and one of the four alleged victims at the heart of the American government’s indictment against the hip -hop magnate.
In excruciating detail, Mia told Juries that Diddy had sexually assaulted her on several occasions and describes an atmosphere of work which was “chaotic” and “toxic” but also exhilarating. “Puff’s mood has determined the environment,” she said, using one of the accused’s previous stage names. Mia said that Diddy had sometimes treated her as an equal, other times as “a piece of shit without value”.
Diddy is not accused of MIA sex traffic. But his allegations of forced work are part of the accusation of conspiracy of the government’s racketeering against the rapper, who, according to the prosecutors, said orchestrated a “criminal enterprise” which covers decades. He pleaded not guilty of all accusations.
Here’s how today’s testimony took place:
- MIA, who helped Diddy between 2009 and 2017, recalled that she worked for five consecutive days without sleeping. The experience has wreaked havoc: “I had physical depression. … I felt like I was underwater, my balance was turned off, a blurred vision.” She was not allowed to lock the door of her room when she traveled with Diddy or stayed at home, she said.
- Mia said that she had witnessed Diddy physically attacking and injuring her ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura repeatedly. “I saw her open my head,” said Mia, adding that she did not remember that Cassie never retaliated. If one or the other woman did something without the permission of Diddy, the sanctions were “unpredictable and terrifying” said.
- Mia, testifying to vacation in the Turks and Caïcos, said that she and Cassie barricaded herself in a room while Diddy was hitting the door. “Puff will kill me,” said Cassie. They ran through a rear door and entered the water. The sky has become black. Mia weighed, whether it be “more scary” to “face Mother Nature or return to Puff”.
- In the last hour of the day’s procedure, Mia detailed her allegations of sexual abuse against Diddy. She said he put his hand in her dress without her consent; Attracted it at the bottom of a bunk bed in 2009 or 2010; And forced him to give her oral sex. She feared her “power”, “control” and the ability of violence, she said.

In the first half of the day, Mia answered questions calmly and quietly. But after the lunch break, Mia became more and more emotional.
She seemed to be on the verge of lining up and had trouble catching her breath by describing Diddy’s stormy relationship with Cassie. She broke down by crying, telling Diddy forced herself to her sexually. She cried on the stand when she explained how “terrified and trapped” she was as a victim of her alleged assaults, barely speaking above a whisper.
Mia frequently threw her eyes down, letting her hair fall on her face. The hours of testimony seemed deeply painful to him.
