Ice-T Shares How Daughter Chanel Totally ‘Reset’ Her Life

Ice-TThe life of has revived thanks to his little girl.

THE Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star, 65, credits him and his wife Coco Austinthe daughter of Chanel7 years old, motivating him to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

“Mohamed Ali said it, he said when a man has a child in the second half of his life, it resets his life,” the iHeart podcast host Ice-T’s Daily Game says E! News’ Francesca Amiker March 23. “When Chanel was born, all of a sudden I got my health back, I’m fit. Because you can start slowing down, I can’t start slowing down.”

The rapper, who is also a dad to a daughter Tesha Morrow47, and Tracy Marrow Jr.31, from previous relationships, continued, “I have grown children. Now I have a new daughter and I’m so focused with her. It’s just amazing. It’s a good thing. And you you have to have a reason to live, you have to be motivated. Chanel is my new motivation.”

Growing up in the public eye, Ice-T and Coco’s daughter has also become a social media star in her own right over the years, with over 446,000 followers on Instagram.
