Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite fast food chains. As a self -proclaimed “queen sauce”, I love the famous restaurant condiments.
I have always been a fan of the Homonym Chick-Fil-A homonymous sauce, but I wanted to see how it compared to the other offers of the brand.
So, during a recent visit, I tried the nine soaking sauces and classified them from my least favorite to my first choice. To keep things right, I tried them all with chicken chicken chicken chips.
Here’s how the nine options got stuck.
I thought that the lime sauce of the coriander tasted mayo.
Carly Caramanna
Coriander lime sauce is described by Chick-Fil-A as being “creamy” and “cool”. However, I found that it lacked flavor and above all had a taste of mayonnaise.
Overall, I did not appreciate this sauce and I cannot imagine it by adding a lot of flavor to one of the dishes of Chick-Fil-A.
The Polynesian Chick-Fil-A sauce was too sweet for me.
Carly Caramanna
Many people I know like the Polynesian Chick-Fil-A sauce, but I found it disappointing.
It is essentially a touch of sweet and sour sauce, but I found it pale compared to the versions that I had in other channels like McDonald’s.
In my opinion, it was too soft and I did not like the thick and syrupy consistency.
The spicy buffalo sauce dropped me.
Carly Caramanna
I am a big fan of spicy and sweet buffalo sauce, so I was delighted to try the version of Chick-Fil-A.
However, it was a disappointment from the start. It is much thinner than the typical buffalo sauce, and although it had a pleasant flavor, there was no detectable spices.
Next time, I can try to combine it with the Garden Herb Ranch to make it creamy.
I appreciated the honey mustard.
Carly Caramanna
I love honey mustard and I was pleasantly surprised by that of Chick-Fil-A. It was less sweet than many others that I tried, and the mustard flavor was prominent.
There was also a suspicion of turmeric, which offered a earthy taste that still balanced the sweetness of honey.
All around, it is an excellent honey mustard for those who prefer a less soft version of the sauce.
The Garden Herb Ranch had a lot of flavor.
Carly Caramanna
I thought that the Herb-Fil-A ranch sauce of Chick-A was really good. There were layers of flavor – garlic, herbs and the tuber – and it was creamy, fresh and tangy.
It is perfect support for a variety of menu items, making it one of the most versatile sauces in the chain.
I love how much it was Herby, who perfectly balanced the richness of the wooden.
The Chick-Fil-A barbecue sauce was delicious.
Carly Caramanna
It was a little thinner than the other barbecue sauces I tried, which was a plus in my book.
I often find barbecue sauces too sweet, but I thought it was perfect. He packed a flavor punch and was very peppery with onion and garlic flavors.
The honey roasted barbecue sauce had a unique flavor.
Carly Caramanna
Honey roasted barbecue sauce is one of my favorites at Chick-Fil-A.
The unique sauce has sweet and smoked flavors, making it a perfect agreement for one of the restaurant’s chicken dishes. I found it similar to the famous Chick-Fil-A sauce-but a little more sweet.
I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce.
Carly Caramanna
It was the first time that I was trying the Sriracha sweet and spicy sauce, and it was an unexpected success.
It took me a real trip to the flavor, with the sweetness that strikes first, followed by the spice of the peppers of Chile.
It is better to describe as a raised sour sauce raised-as Chick-Fil-A has taken its Polynesian sauce and improved it with the addition of spices and flavor. It is also less sweet than the Polynesian version.
However, he has a very distinct taste, so he could be polarizing for certain guests.
The Chick-Fil-A sauce was the Claire winner.
Carly Caramanna
In other words, Chick-Fil-A sauce is incredible. It is subtly sweet with smoked flavors, just the right amount of flavor and mustard notes.
The general flavor is unique and different from everything I have ever tried in other restaurants.
