There is nothing more satisfactory than enjoying a hot dog during a summer barbecue, a baseball match or a street fair.
It is also the perfect and quick meal to prepare when you run out of time.
To find the best way to cook a hot dog, I tried to prepare them in the microwave, in an air fryer, in a pot of boiling water and on a grill.
I used Sabrett Skinless Beef Francfurters, which was completely cooked.
Here’s how the devices got stuck.
First of all, I filled a pot of water and put it on my stove

This preparation took a total of one minute, especially by cutting off the ends of my hot dogs to help me say when they finished cooking.
It’s a clever thing that my mother taught me, and it also helped me to distinguish the different hot dogs at the end.
The boiled hot dogs were easy to do.

All I had to do was dive three franks in the pot and wait five minutes for the water boiling.
Just on the point, the hot dogs were ready to eat. I just had to wait a few minutes for them to cool down.
I was not delighted with the results.

Although it is an easy process, I think that boiling hot dogs has a little emptied the flavor. They were bland, which was disappointing.
As expected, the hot dogs lacked a crisp and rather rubberous outer layer, which downgraded the meal for me.
Then I burst my air fryer.

I had never used an air fryer before. I was nervous but excited to test the beloved apparatus.
The aerial spinning process was also quite simple.

I cut three lines in the center of each hot dog so that they do not have fun and did not place three in the air fireplace.
Once the air fryer was preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, I let the hot dogs cook for three minutes.
The fried hot dogs were crisp and juicy.

There was a striking difference compared to boiled hot dogs.
The slightly fried outer layer added a beautiful texture, and the interior was tender and tasty. I would have liked to do more.
This process was incredibly easy and required no cleaning. The only drawback is that I can only cook one handle at a time due to the small size of my air fryer – this method would not be ideal for a barbecue or a party.
I pulled my grill to try the beloved way to cook hot dogs.

I had never used my grill before, so I was a little nervous. My dynamo-grill has a minimum of settings, so all I had to do was set up fire.
After a few minutes of sizzling, the skin charred well and the smell was incredible.

I closed the hood of my grill for a few minutes to let the hot dogs cook.
After a few minutes, I opened the hood and thrown the dogs to let them load further.
The smell floating grill was incredible – none of the other cooking methods produced such attractive perfumes.
Finally, I tried to use a microwave to cook the hot dogs.

Although I supposed that it would be the simplest method, it quickly proved me.
I reduced each hot dog before enveloping them individually in a paper towel and placing them on a secure plate in the microwave.
I also had to cook them by one -minute increments, unpack and check everyone to make sure they were cooked. I did it four times to make sure the meat was correctly reheated.
It was a big problem and produced hot-depth hot dogs.

Although the Hot-Dogs in the microwave are tastier than those boiled, I don’t think the time I spent wrapping and heating the francs worth it.
They did not have the crisp exterior of curly and grilled hot dogs.
I have overcome my fear of grins, and I will certainly use this method all summer.

The grills were by far my favorite kitchen method.
Although the boiling and microwave of the hot dogs took a minimum of time, nothing could beat the flavor, the smell and the experience of the grills.
I would certainly use a fryer again too, but only if I cooked for myself. And next time, I will also try to fry the rolls.
