I bought Zillow (NASDAQ:ZG)(NASDAQ:Z) about three years ago, and since then the stock has fallen more than 60%. Even with a lower valuation, I tend to believe that major changes in the housing market give the stock more downside risk than upside potential. In this video, I discuss the reasons for and against owning Zillow, and why I ultimately decided to cut my losses and move on.
