“I didn’t like how it affected my children”

After being the subject of the Netflix show Best roast everTom Brady has some regrets as he said it affected his children.

In a new interview, the NFL star reflected on the roast with comedians like Kevin Hart, Nikki Glaser and Jeff Ross throwing jabs at him.

“I loved it when the jokes were about me. I thought they were so fun,” Brady said on The pivotal podcast. “I didn’t like the way it affected my kids, so that’s the hardest part, like the bittersweet aspect, when you do something that you think is one way and it all goes wrong. Suddenly you realize I wouldn’t do that again because of how it affected the people I care about most in the world.

After the show, Glaser revealed that everyone agreed that jokes about Brady’s kids were off-limits. However, the evening was filled with jokes about Brady’s ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen.

So I think it’s a good lesson for me as a parent because of this, I will become a better parent as I move forward and at the same time, I’m happy that everyone who was there had a good time.
