“I can’t believe you’re 18 today.”

Gwen Stefani ends her weekend celebrating her eldest son Kingston, who turned 18 on Sunday, while her father Gavin Rossdale also celebrates his son.

Kingston is the eldest of three children she shares with Bush leader Gavin Rossdale, to whom she was married from 2002 to 2015, along with Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10.

The 54-year-old singer – who sported a lace look at the ACM Awards earlier in May – took to Instagram on Sunday, sharing a video collage of photos of Kingston over the years.

“Happiest birthday to Kingston, my firstborn 🙂 I can’t believe you’re 18 today…I love you! » said Stefani.

The post included a video collage set to the UB40 track Kingston Town, including videos of Stefani feeding her son baby food.

Photos and video show him aging, including a video in which he plays guitar, apparently following in his parents’ musical footsteps.

The post also features a number of snaps with Kingston’s stepfather, Blake Shelton, as well as the rest of his children.

The post ends with a brief video of Kingston saying he has a crystal ball that “points to the future,” adding, “you really had to find it.”

Kingston’s father, Gavin Rossdale, also shared a message celebrating Kingston’s birthday on Sunday.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY KINGSTON -18 today and a big step towards your future,” Rossdale began his birthday message.

“This has been the best race of my life so far and I can’t wait to see where you go from here.” I have complete confidence in you and I deeply admire the man in you,” he said.

“You have grace, charm and humility. you are in the driver’s seat of your destiny, so choose wisely,” her famous father added.

The Bush singer added: “Your musical talent is crazy and soon the world will hear your heart singing.”

“Follow your muse, stay curious and keep creating. I couldn’t love you more than I do,” he insisted.

‘I wish you all the happiness, all the health and all the creativity. I love you dad,” Rossdale concluded.

It was revealed earlier this month that Stefani was returning as a coach for season 26 of The Voice as the cast shakeup will see two new judges and one returning to claim her seat again.

The 54-year-old No Doubt singer — whose ex-husband Gavin Rossdale debuted a new girlfriend who is a dead ringer for her — was part of the new lineup shared by NBC on Monday.

Gwen will be joined by two new coaches – rapper Snoop Dogg and crooner Michael Bublé – as well as Reba McEntire who has been on the program since season 24.
