Hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants accused of assaulting police officers

A CBS News review found that hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants have been charged with assaulting law enforcement officers during the attack on the U.S. Capitol. Former President Trump’s comments calling them “patriots” and calling them “hostages” have some police officers and homeland security analysts concerned. Scott MacFarlane reports.
