The TV show People vs. OJ Simpson first aired in 2017 – but it’s seeing renewed interest following the football star’s death.
The American Crime Story series focuses on the 1995 murder trial of Simpson, played by Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr.
The actual trial verdict on October 3 of that year was watched by more than 150 million people in the United States, or 57 percent of the country.
The ten-part show was made by Fox-owned FX but was initially released worldwide following its February 2017 release by Netflix in a major rights deal at the time.
But it’s now available on Hulu and Disney+ after Disney completed its acquisition of Fox’s TV shows and movies in 2017.
