How to watch 2025 Golden Globes for free: Time, streaming, more

It’s time for the 2025 Golden Globes!

For the 82nd time, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association will honor the best in television and film. This year, all titles had to be released between January 1 and December 31, 2024, to be nominated.

In the film categories, “Emilia Pérez” led the pack with 10 nominations, becoming the most nominated musical or comedy film of all time. “The Brutalist” came in second with seven nominations.

On the TV side, FX reigned supreme netting the most and second-most nominations for “The Bear” (five) and “Shōgun” (four). Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” also got four nominations.

Speaking of “Only Murders,” star Selena Gomez is one of three performers nominated twice tonight. She received nominations for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy Television Series and Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her work in “Emilia Pérez.” Kate Winslet, nominated for “Lee” and “The Regime,” and Sebastian Stan, nominated for leading performances in “A Different Man” and “The Apprentice,” are the other two.
