In honor of National Pancake Day, IHOP will be giving away a free small stack of its famous Buttermilk Pancakes on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at participating restaurants.
The limited-time promotion will only be available to dine-in customers.
This year, IHOP will celebrate National Pancake Day in conjunction with its new Stacking Up Joy platform, a brand-wide imitative effort to help reduce food insecurity,
IHOP is partnering with Feeding America for a month of giving and inviting customers to add $1, $2, $3 or more to their restaurant checks or when ordering online.
“For every dollar donated to the campaign during the entire month of February, ten meals will be provided to people facing hunger,” a press release states.
“Our goal of spreading more joy to more guests in our communities is why creating a program like Stacking Up Joy is a natural fit for us as we Let’s support families facing hunger across the country. Kieran Donahue, chief marketing officer at IHOP, said in a statement.
The company also partnered with actress Xochitl Gomez to help raise awareness of IHOP’s Month of Giving and National Pancake Day.
“I’m excited to work with IHOP this month for their Month of Giving campaign and to celebrate the best day of the year, National Pancake Day,” Gomez said in a statement. “Growing up, I always enjoyed dining with family and friends at IHOP. IHOP’s Month of Giving campaign is the perfect combination of eating at my favorite restaurant, giving back to the community, and leaving with a smile and a full heart.
2024 marks the channel’s 18th anniversaryth National Pancake Day.
