“ How to form your dragon ” is a dazzling fantastic epic

THE live action How to train your dragon is a radical and faithful adaptation of the world of animated franchise inspired by the original books by Cressida Cowell. Director Dean DebloisWho directed the original DreamWorks trilogy, permeates the heart of the beloved franchise and captures the magic of the series with a new dramatic depth. The new one takes up the history of maturity in a visionary opening entry which invites new and old fans in a Viking world where dragons could really exist.

Mason Thames (Black phone) Hiccup is made real; He is the endearing conduit of the public to see dragons in a different light from his Viking family – which actively hunts impressive but dangerous mythical monsters -. His meeting with Tentalmoumou, who is just an adorable gentle giant of a Nightfury dragon, is always such a powerful hook in the history of love, survival through the community and balance with the different types of lives around us. Dragon Slayer’s Hiccup trip to Dragon Trainer is still as timeless.

The father and son relationship between Hiccup and his father Stoick remains a central element of the story. Gerard Butler resumes his role in the animated film but adds even more layers, digging in the push and the attraction of the parenthood of a child on the verge of adulthood and the expectations that accompany him. The gruff is there with the ways of Butler as a Viking leader, but there are breaks where his vulnerability as a interpreter really shines in front of the Thames. No parent is perfect and Butler brings a more nuanced version of the powerful and sincere cartoon character. It brings timelessness to the central conflict of the film as it grows for a world which takes place on the dragons being the enemy, and that resonates deeply in the father-son relationship, especially in a world which must repel fear and change like hiccups.

Through the goal of Bill Pope, the fantastic world construction of the island of Berk receives a new life as a place where you can really see the Vikings and the Dragons. Cinematography in collaboration with the vision of Deblois rises to the creation of one of the best family fantasies to date. It is an exciting adventure that sets up the overall stories that we look forward to seeing continuing to unfold. Astrid, played by Nico Parker, shines brilliantly in a remarkable performance embodying the leader Hiccup is edifying in their romance.

Parker’s chemistry with the Thames only makes us so much more excited for what will happen for the two romantic tracks while they meet the visions of the world of the other for a better Viking future. We do not get as much supporting characters as fans of the franchise could have wanted it – but that calls into question if the film franchise could start in standard between the planned consequences, just as animated films have made with their series of cartoons centering the Dragon Trainers to fill the shortcomings.

The rich tradition of Berk is ripe for exploration and Deblois masterfully revives the fire of its beloved universe for a new generation. Overall, How to train your dragon Offers an epic adventure that lays the basics of the story of Trokmou and Hiccup. The CG animation on Krownmouttra its familiarity of animated films of adorable cat / dog energy – but it is dragon – and it works perfectly in this new version of the franchise.

Full of sincere narration, How to train your dragon evokes the feeling of a journey that is just beginning, with the perfect mixture of nostalgia in an imaginative but familiar world. Deblois expertly merges the emotional nucleus of Cowell’s series of books with his talent for animated narration through the CG visuals of the film, which brilliantly increases the challenges of epic dragon and action battles of the film.

I’m so ready for How to train your Dragon IIAnd as a fan of the franchise, impatiently anticipate the release of my favorite in the series (Easter eggs!). For a fun moment in the cinema with your children, or even just children at heart, How to train your dragon is an essential quest.
