Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce were separated by distance, but certainly not by heart. Swift continued the European leg of her blockbuster Tour of the eras and Kelce prepare for the next NFL season In the United States, the couple is never more than a phone call away.
A source told ET: “Taylor and Travis always put each other first, even when they are physically apart. They are still in constant communication, texting and FaceTimeing.”
The source adds that the couple are “very affectionate with each other, even when they are apart.”
One way Kelce apparently shows his affection is by lavishing Swift with heartfelt gifts.
“Travis sends Taylor flowers and loves to shower her with surprise gifts and tokens of gratitude,” the source said. “Their bond is unlike anything they’ve ever experienced before.”
It’s been over a year since Kelce revealed on his New heights podcast that he tried to give Swift his phone number while attending her Tour of the eras stop in Kansas City, Missouri.
Since then, Swift, 34, has shown her support for her boyfriend by attending several of his NFL games, debuting in the Arrowhead Stadium suites in September. The love story The singer was also in attendance when Kelce and the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl..
For his part, Kelce, also 34, made several appearances at the Eras Tour in his free time from football. He even made a cameo appearance on stage with her at Wembley Stadium in London in June. More recently, he was seen in the public during his July 18 show in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
Swift is set to wrap up the European leg of her record-breaking Eras tour. in London with five nights at Wembley Stadiumfrom August 15. This will be his first show since terrorist attack foiled led to the cancellation of its scheduled performances in Vienna, Austria, earlier this month.
She will return to the stage on October 18 to kick off another North American leg at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida.
Meanwhile, Kelce’s preseason with the Chiefs continues with games against the Detroit Lions on Aug. 17 and the Chicago Bears on Aug. 22. The Chiefs’ home opener is scheduled for Sept. 5 against the Baltimore Ravens.
A source told ET in May that the couple are committed to making things work despite their busy schedules.
“He’s a very supportive partner, just like her. They both make a point of celebrating each other’s accomplishments and being there when it matters most,” the source said.
