Alex and his group of travelers have created memories that will last a lifetime before the football even begins!

During an evening that started with a “beer hunt”, a group of England supporters spoke to Nawaf and Abdul Aziz, who clearly knew more about the area.

They decided to return home, one of them claiming to be the son of a sheikh, and the Three Lions supporters hit the jackpot.

England and Everton fan Alex told talkSPORT: “We were just having a good time, having fun, getting our bearings correctly and the setup was perfect. We had a lot of fun.

Meanwhile, John, who was part of the party, added: “Last night we met one of the sheikh’s sons and he took us back to the palace and he showed us he had lions and everything. .

“They made us so welcome and look around, it doesn’t get any better than that.”

Alex added: “We were looking for beers and they said ‘We’ll sort the beers’ so we jumped in the back of his Toyota Land Cruiser and ended up in a big palace.
