The superstar has amassed a real estate portfolio worth at least $100 million, according to real estate records viewed by Business Insider. She used trusts and limited liability companies (LLCs) to purchase homes in the United States.
Swift reached billionaire status last year, and her record-breaking Eras tour is a big factor in her fortune.
Some of her most recognizable homes are her multiple apartments in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood and the sprawling Rhode Island mansion where the star hosts her famous friends for summer parties.
