“Home Alone” Star
Daniel Stern becomes addicted by the police…
After allegedly soliciting a prostitute
Published
It looks like Daniel Stern didn’t want to be home alone… because the cops issued him a citation for allegedly trying to hire an escort.
The “Home Alone” star was arrested in Camarillo, Calif., after cops say he was trying to escape with the help of an employee.
Ventura County law enforcement tells us Daniel was cited for solicitation of prostitution on Dec. 10…which is right in the middle of the Christmas season, when his “Home Alone” movies are typically released in large numbers.
According to police documents obtained by TMZ, it appears that Daniel was cited at a hotel in Camarillo, California.
Sorry, folks, no mugshot for lonely old Daniel here…police tell us he didn’t have a reservation and was just ticketed.
Daniel has had some notable incidents in Ventura County – about an hour northwest of Los Angeles – in recent months… as we first reported, he was rushed to hospital in October after Ventura County firefighters responded to a Somis residence for a medical emergency.
If the solicitation allegation is true, it appears Daniel was trying to take the Wet and Sticky Bandit thing too far.
We’ve reached out to Daniel’s camp…so far, no response.
