Here’s how and when to get tickets to the New Orleans Jazz Fest 2025 | Music | Weekly Gambit

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced its 2025 lineup and ticket information with new special pricing for Louisiana residents. Here’s what you need to know about tickets.

The eight-day festival runs Thursday, April 24 through Sunday, April 27 and Thursday, May 1 through Sunday, May 4 at the New Orleans Fair Grounds Race Course.

Louisiana residents will be eligible for lower prices on weekend passes and day tickets. Weekend passes are available now and single-day tickets will go on sale at a later date. Louisiana residents are also eligible for $50 Locals Thursday tickets, which will be available at a later date.

To purchase tickets online in advance, buyers will need to create an account at axs.com. Payment plans are available and buyers will be required to pay 25% deposit.

Fans can purchase four-day weekend passes for either weekend. For Louisiana residents, weekend passes cost $290 for either weekend through January 31. After that, Louisiana residents can get weekend passes for $305. Buyers must have a Louisiana billing zip code.

For non-Louisiana residents, four-day weekend passes cost $329 through Jan. 31, then increase to $349 through Feb. 14, and then $369. Weekend pass holders receive a wristband for entry and are non-transferable and do not allow re-entry into the festival.

Four-day General Admission+ (GA+) passes for each weekend include express entry gates and use of a lounge with private restrooms. The pass comes with a bracelet that allows entry to the exhibition center. Passes cost $579 until January 31, then $629 until February 14, and $679 after that. Holders of GA+ bracelets are also authorized to re-enter the festival.

Both Thursdays will have “Local Thursday” discounts. Tickets for April 24 and May 1 will cost $50.

There are also VIP packages.

“Big Chief VIP” passes – which allow passholders access to special viewing areas, restrooms, an indoor air-conditioned lounge and other amenities – will cost $1,899 for each weekend. end. This also includes exclusive drink stands, raised and covered viewing stands on main stages and bleachers in select tents, the ability to purchase VIP parking ($300 for the weekend) and/or tickets VIP shuttle ($200), express entry and exit lines. and re-entry privileges.

The “Grand Marshal VIP” pass offers standing room only near the largest stage, the Shell Gentilly Stage and the Congo Square Stage, as well as access to a special lounge and restrooms. Passes cost $1,749 for both weekends. On-site parking passes and VIP shuttle tickets are available for purchase for pass holders.

The “Krewe of Jazz Fest” pass, which offers access to a private, raised, covered viewing area near the largest stage and other privileges, costs $929 for either weekend. end. Parking and VIP shuttles are available for purchase for pass holders.
