He bought his first condo at 67

He shared some of his fondest memories

In one video, Jordan, who was a gay man, recounts how, as a child, his dad took him to his first soccer game and started explaining how it works, to which Jordan replied, “But when the cheerleaders are they coming out?”

Jordan took a liking to baton twirling and practiced his moves in the front yard, much to the chagrin of his father, who begged him to follow his routine indoors.

“He loved me. He just didn’t know what to think of me,” Jordan said while demonstrating his baton. “But he was coming home from work and I was in the garden. He was with all his army buddies.”

The next line, “Dad, watch me twirl” became a meme staple and even turned into a song.

He gave his thoughts on the latest songs

Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande released their collaboration “Rain on Me” in 2020, of which Jordan posted a video shaking his head on the record and said, “I think I read about it in the Bible, the book of revelations. I think that means it’s the end of the world or something – it makes me want to dance.”

From Cardi B and Megan the Stallion’s “WAP” collaboration, he didn’t go far in the song due to the explicit lyrics, but still admired the effort.

“I can’t believe it. It’s just shocking,” he said. “Well, I’m not judging, to each his own. I guess every trash can has its lid.”
