Hailey Welch — aka the “Hawk Tuah” girl — is about to jump on the Nashville to Hollywood Express, as she’s one step closer to landing a TV deal… TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge of the news tell us that the viral sensation is generating buzz among Tinseltown producers who are interested in basing a reality TV show on her life.

We’re told that big-name showrunners and producers are reaching out to people close to Hailey to discuss what kind of show they can create to channel her, uh… bubbly personality.

Our sources say her viral fame isn’t the only factor drawing her to Hollywood… as we’re told they also find her endearing and humorous – traits they say she presented in a recent Barstool podcast with Brianna LaPaglia.

Hailey is still figuring out what she wants to do…and our sources say her management team is spending their Fourth of July weekend meeting with producers and talent agencies.

But Hailey is taking some much-needed time to herself…because we’re told she’s headed to a lake somewhere in Tennessee to celebrate America’s 248th birthday.

It’s no surprise that Hailey is making moves here… as we told you, she recently filed trademarks indicating she’s launching a comedy career, and it’s now clear that could include more than just stand-up gigs or podcasts.
