Have you seen him?  Police investigate stolen husky puppy from Mountain View home

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (KGO) – Mountain View Police are asking the public for help in their search for a 2-month-old Husky who was abducted from his home Monday night.

The dog, named Rambo, was removed from a house on the 300 block of Escuela Avenue.

A spokesperson for the police department told ABC7 the dog was running outside the house around 8:15 p.m. when a suspect allegedly picked up the dog.

Police said the suspect may have been driving a blue and gray Nissan sedan, witnesses said.

“So we are just asking for help from the community in trying to find this puppy and bring him home to their owners, one of whom is a little boy and so we are certainly concerned that he is missing his mate at this time.” , said Katie Nelson. , a police spokesperson.

Those with information on the whereabouts of the animal are asked to call the non-emergency police line at (650) 903-6344 and use the reference number 21-04926.

This is the first case in “some time” that a dog has been stolen from Mountain View, Nelson said.

“I can’t imagine what this little boy is feeling right now,” she said. “We just want to bring this puppy home for his family.”
