Harvey Weinstein was said to have been appointed the winners of the Oscars Gwyneth Paltrow and Penélope Cruz in an alleged sexual assault against a 16 -year -old budding actress, according to the accuser’s testimony.
Kaja Sokola, from Poland, said that she had shouted after the alleged attack during her testimony to the Supreme Court of Manhattan on Thursday, according to the post.
“I raised my voice to scream,” she said. “He got angry and said I had to work on my stubbornness.”
Sokola, now 39 years old, also testified that Weinstein had then abandoned the names of Paltrow and Cruz as examples of the stars on list A of which he had launched careers, saying to him allegedly: “I must listen to him if I want to continue this career.”
“I had never been in a situation like this,” said Sokola about the alleged meeting, by NBC News. “I felt stupid and ashamed and I like my fault to put myself in this position.”
She also said that the founder of the Weinstein company in disgrace had warned him that “it should remain between us”.
According to the position, Sokola became emotional while testifying to the alleged assault, which, according to her, took place when Weinstein and her driver recovered her for what she believed to be a business lunch.
Instead, he would have transported her to his loft to Soho in New York and asked him to remove his clothes.
Weinstein would have touched his vagina and made him touch his penis in the bathroom, testified Sokola, calling the alleged incident “the most horrible thing I have ever known until that time.”
He would have used Sokola’s hand to stimulate him after which he “ejaculated on the ground,” she said.
Weinstein, 73, sat in his wheelchair during his testimony filled with tears without showing emotion, according to the post.
During the alleged assault, she remembers looking in the mirror to see Weinstein’s eyes and described them as “black and frightening”.
“I will never forget it,” she added.
Sokola testified that she was afraid of the founder of Miramax and continued to hope that he would help her in her acting career, so she returned her with in 2004.
She testified that Weinstein had groped her breasts while riding together in a car in a gymnasium in the western village of New York, with a driver present.
During the 15 -minute driving, Sokola said that she had rejected the sexual advances of the powerful producer.
Sokola should also testify to an alleged 2006 incident during which Weinstein made it possible to have oral sex on her.
She said she was 19 at the time. Weinstein pleaded not guilty and denied the charges of Sokola.
“M. Weinstein categorically, and categorically, denied and continues to deny the allegations made against him by Ms. Sokola,” said Weinstein’s lawyer, Imran H. Ansari, to the Hollywood reporter in part in 2023.
“Above all, Mr. Weinstein firmly argues that the calendar of events, corroborated by other evidence, will refute the allegations of sexual abuse of Ms. Sokola as a minor.”
Weinstein was sentenced in 2020, but the conviction for crime for crime was canceled by the New York State Court of Appeal in April 2024.
Sokola did not testify during the previous test. It was his first public testimony on the alleged sexual assault of Weinstein.
