The Harvard scientist said in the documentary “The Paranormal UFO Connection” that if alien technology could reach our doorstep, we would be stunned because it would represent something we do not possess.
“Just like a cave dweller coming to a city like London or Europe and seeing all the technological gadgets there,” Loeb said.
