Harry Kane equals Premier League record and gives Leeds worst possible start in relegation fight

Harry Kane equaled an impressive Premier League record set by Andy Cole with his goal for Tottenham against Leeds.
After a nice flowing move from the north London side in the opening two minutes, the 29-year-old fired a superb strike into the Leeds net.

The goal was his 31st of the campaign and the 26th Premier League game he has scored this season, equaling Cole’s record from the 1993/94 season with Newcastle.
He is also the first player in the history of the competition to score ten goals on the final day.
While it was fun for Spurs, Kane’s goal was truly the worst news for Leeds as they battled to stay on their feet.
Sam Allardyce’s side must win on the final day if they are to have any chance of playing in the Premier League next season.

As things stand, they will be relegated from the top flight to the Championship.
Things got even worse for Leeds just minutes into the second half as Pedro Porro fired a low strike into the bottom corner.
Everton and Leicester are also battling to secure their Premier League status.
Harvey Barnes gave the Foxes the lead to put them in control of the relegation dip.
However, Abdoulaye Doucoure’s superb strike for Everton now means they stay put.
A single goal elsewhere could completely change the picture as three teams remain hopeful.
