Hannah Gutierrez has appealed her conviction for manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of Alec Baldwin’s film “Rust.”
Gutierrez, the film’s gunsmith, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, the maximum, in connection with the October 2021 shooting.
