Hannah Dodd shares her thoughts on Bridgerton season 3

Dear reader, Hannah Dodd is ready to join the Bridgerton tonne.

In May, it was announced that the actress would reprise the role of Francesca Bridgerton in the upcoming season three of the popular Netflix period drama. The character has already been played in the first two seasons by Ruby Stokeswho left the show to star in the next show Lockwood & Co.

“I’m so excited,” Dodd said TVLine. “Everyone has been so lovely. I just want to do a good job.”

The actress, who has read six of Bridgerton novels so far, said she started with when he was mean to better connect with his character. The novel, which is the sixth in the series written by Julia Quinnrevolves around the romance between Francesca and Michael Stirling.

“I didn’t know what I got myself into, but I had to read this ASAP,” she told the outlet. “She’s such a beautiful book and she’s such a beautiful character. I really can’t believe I get to play her.”
