Demi Moore, 62, is to sleep a lot and a clean diet – but she is not quite ready to abandon her guilty pleasure.
In an interview for the cover of the most beautiful world number in the world in 2025, Moore spoke of his well-being routine and how it has changed over the years.
“I really like anchoring with a short meditation, journalization. And overall, I really like foods rich in nutrients. I don’t eat meat. I eat eggs. But I think that a large part of well-being is really upside down. And I realize the importance of sleep,” Moore told people.
But as much as she tries to take care of what she puts in her body, there is one thing that she cannot pass.
“I mean, I’m not perfect. I always drink Red Bull. I love it. But not much. One,” said Moore.
The actor nominated at the Oscars says that she used to make extreme efforts to take care of her appearance. But these days, his wellness routine is focused on improving his overall health and longevity.
“I to be tortured. Crazy things like Malibu’s bicycle to Paramount, which is about 26 miles. All because I gave so much value to what my exterior looked like,” said Moore.
She added that she had “a much more antagonistic relationship” with her body. Now she says she is trying to be softer with herself.
“I hope that when it tells me that he needs something to eat, that it’s thirsty. I listen to my body today, and I have much less fear,” she said. “When I was younger, I felt like my body betrayed me. And so I just tried to control it. And now I wouldn’t go there. It is a much more aligned relationship.”
Although aging in Hollywood has not been easy, Moore says that it has “greater appreciation” for all that her body has gone through.
“It does not mean that sometimes I look at myself in the mirror and that I will not go:” Oh my God, I seem old “, or” Oh, my face falls “-I do it. But I can accept that this is where I am today, and I know that the difference today is that it does not define my value or who I am,” she said.
There is a lot of research that supports Moore’s eating and life habits.
