Mammoth Lakes, California (AP) – The actor nominated at Oscars Haley Joel Osment was accused of public poisoning and cocaine possession after his arrest earlier this month in a northern California ski resort.
The office of the County District Prosecutor of Mono announced on Thursday the charges of offense against the 37 -year -old actor, who played in his child movies “The Sixth Sense” and “Ai”
Once was arrested on April 8 at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, suspected of public poisoning, said prosecutor David Anderson in a press release.
The actor should be arrested on July 7.
His representative did not immediately send a message asking for comments on the charges on Thursday.
