The recent journey of actor Haley Joel Osment to a California ski resort included more than simple snowy tracks: a running -in with law officials and his arrest were also in store.
The star of “Blink Blink” and “The Sixth Sense”, 37, was arrested on April 8 for suspicion of public poisoning and possession of an unidentified controlled substance in the gigantic lakes, according to People and TMZ.
Sgt. Jason Heilman of the Mammothoth lake police department confirmed to people that the former child’s star, the actor of the actor of “young Sheldon” Emily Osment, had been reserved and “is no longer in detention”. The police received a call concerning a person allegedly intoxicated at the popular ski resort of Mammoth Mountain, according to TMZ, which first pointed out the arrest on Wednesday. Ski patrollers were osted when the police arrived at the complex, the website said.
A representative of the Mammothoth lakes police department immediately responded to Times’ confirmation request on Thursday. Times did not immediately hear about the Osment representatives.
Once, better known for his obsessive performance in the “Sixth Sense” of Mr. Night Shyamalan, was confronted with legal problems in 2006 when he was accused of the act of drunkenness after having crushed his car in the Flintridge of La CaƱada. More than a decade later, Osment triggered a police response in 2018 for allegedly threatened the verbal threats against American Airlines at Las Vegas airport after missing their flight. The police received a call on the “unruly passenger” but did not contact the actor “Poker Face”.
Earlier this year, Osment was one of the thousands of Angelenos who lost their homes in devastating forest fires that ravaged certain parts of southern California in January. Emily Osment said in an Instagram post in January that their parents had also lost their house in Eaton’s fire.
In the midst of the January flames, Haley Joel Osment wrote in an Instagram story expired since: “My heart would be so full each time I went home – it was such a special place – I liked to live there – our forest and our mountains and our houses – all left.”
